Filmmakers Rod TerBeest and Mark Swanson are exploring the history, culture and geography of the Minnesota river valley and the people who have lived here. They are making a journey by boat and canoe from the headwaters at Big Stone Lake across the state to St. Paul, visiting the people and exploring the history of the valley along the way.
